Dr. Lauren Olvera is a Certified Nurse-Midwife, healthcare executive, and medical consultant with nearly two decades of experience spanning clinical care, leadership, and organizational strategy. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of a multidisciplinary private practice, where she has been instrumental in advancing maternal health innovation in North Texas.

Dr. Olvera has led transformative initiatives that shaped regional healthcare systems, including developing and presenting a market survey and strategic pitch promoting expanded midwifery services at a major healthcare system in 2024. Most recently, her spearheading efforts successfully reintroduced in-hospital waterbirth to Collin County at a major DFW healthcare system for the first time in over a decade.
