Dr. Lauren Olvera is a Certified Nurse-Midwife, healthcare executive, and medical consultant with more than 15 years of experience spanning clinical care, leadership, and organizational strategy. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Allen Midwifery & Family Wellness, where she has been instrumental in advancing maternal health innovation in North Texas.
Dr. Olvera has led transformative initiatives that shaped regional healthcare systems, including developing and presenting a market survey and strategic pitch promoting expanded midwifery services at a major healthcare system in 2024. Most recently, her spearheading efforts successfully reintroduced in-hospital waterbirth to Collin County at another major DFW healthcare system for the first time in over a decade. Her leadership bridges practice growth, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered innovation, consistently positioning teams to thrive in competitive and evolving healthcare landscapes.
